Evergreen Home Performance, LLC provides energy auditing, air sealing & insulation, basement moisture encapsulation, and window/door replacement services in Maine from Bar Harbor to Kittery.
We operate out of our Rockland and Portland locations, staffed with BPI-certified Energy Analysts and Building Envelope Professionals. Our company is a family-friendly business committed to employee safety and professional development. Our mission to serve our customers with start-to-finish contracting services including expert project design and skilled execution has positioned us as a home performance leader in the state.
Company History
Evergreen was founded in 2006 by Richard Burbank & Samantha Riegel as a family business focused on the emerging home performance sector in midcoast Maine. Besides developing a talented group of home performance energy advisors and installation technicians, Richard offered his talents in building science training to the community through multiple online and live courses.
Brian Schortz joined Evergreen in 2008 as General Manager and Elise Brown and Brian Robinson joined the company as active partners in 2009 to bolster the growth of the business into its present size and territory with Elise focusing on system development, HR, and marketing and Brian bringing his years of sales experience and best practice to the table.
